Alana Kubeczka is the founder of Shift Learning Studie and a veteran educator with over 27 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, and instructional leadership. With a background in multilingual education and more than seventeen years in instructional design, she has led large-scale curriculum and training initiatives across higher education, workforce development, and corporate sectors.

Alana has collaborated with industry partners to design impactful onboarding and specialized training programs for technical trades, including welding, AutoCAD, medical billing, and certified nursing assistant (CNA) training. She has delivered corporate trainings for clients looking to standardize learning, improve employee performance, and align training with business outcomes through scalable, tech-forward solutions.

She has presented at national conferences—including most recently at Articulate 360’s nationwide industry event, a leading platform in the instructional design field—where she shared innovative practices in online course design, learner engagement, and digital transformation.
